Held a FREE large ride-on car for them for 5 days. On collection day, they claimed to have an urgent matter, so I extended the hold. Despite reminders, which they responded to, they never showed. I turned away others out of goodwill, only to be ghosted in the end. Checking reviews, this isn’t the first time they’ve wasted someone’s time. Disrespectful and inconsiderate.
