the best seller i met on carousell. he was very patient, went beyond and gave a beginners' tutorial on photography. he also gave 5x extra batteries, a battery charger, a memory card, and a wrist strap; these additional items were neither mentioned nor promised in the listing. thank you for your kindness.

I paid in full with credit card via carousel, seller update shipping details but actually did not ship the item. This I check via Poslaju tracking number and actual Poslaju. I had to request return refund through Carousel that took more than a month , enquire to sell what is situation of my purchase did not get any reply. Overall had a very bad experience with this seller. Thank you, Carousel.
