At first we should meet in Bugis so I was there earlier before the time and he told he cannot make it and instead deal in Pasir Ris the next day. After that i was waiting for him on the day that he said but no message, no anything until now is tha 5th day. If he has changed his mind and does not want to sell his item to me anymore he should have inform me. So i am not expecting for nothing.
