Why give me negative feedback? I see nothing wrong for giving offer, and even if my offer is lower (P599) than your offered price. I even apologized why I will not proceed with the transaction and told you the reason. To add, I think there is NO SUCH RULE about this "Next time do not offer if you dont have plan to buy the item.".
