received the item wrapped in a thin envelope, luckily it arrived safely. Had an unpleasant experience when my ‘reserved’ item was given to someone else on short notice right on the postage day. Really hope this situation can be improved to ensure professionalism in future selling and buying interactions.

Hello, I'm really sorry you were dissatisfied with your experience with me. But I made sure to put it in the envelope inside the parcel bag just for extra precaution so I'm not really understanding what the issue is with that. And about the other product getting sold on postage day, since nothing was paid or confirmed I made the poor judgment of selling it to another customer. Again I am sorry but I think this review is unreasonable.
