The item matched the photos, but the listing did not explicitly state that the charging case was not included. I misunderstood the listing because there was no mention of “earbuds only” or “charging case not included.” When I reached out to explain the misunderstanding and ask if a return was possible, the seller was very defensive and unwilling to discuss a solution. Buyers should clarify clearly

Define aggressive. And also, not sure what’s the point of posting the warranty when I can’t use it without the charging case. Apple doesn’t allow it.

buyer read and saw the listing pictures that it was for the earbuds alone but ended up blaming me due to her inability to read. tried to play the pity card of her have "leukaemia" and wanted me to refund her despite it being her fault. got aggressive and kept insisting on refund and found all ways to fault me. those who require picture clarification do let me know. happy to assist extremely unreasonable buyer. highly recommend to AVOID AT ALL COST.
