Both Galvin and YK are young and friendly with a good service working attitude. I appreciate them staying back OT to wait for me because i was caught in a jam. U can trust them to give u honest opinion without the sales “fluffing” and i trust them to carry out beautifying works on my precious car . Thanks!

YK was an excellent tech. He did my badly smell car due to milk spillage and explain what is the need to do after service. He cleaned my car patiently and accommodate to request and answers questions passionately. Thanks for accommodating the last minute request. Well done!

Paid $148 for car spa and interior package. 1. Musky smell still there, it is not car spa. 2. Cleaning not up to standard, dirt and dust still can be found in edges so it is not car interior detailing . 3. Leather conditioning is included but I can’t smell any thing being applied. 4. Can’t feel any wax layer on exterior Honestly, just feel like car was washed and vacuumed.

Hello, Firstly, we're really sorry that you had a bad experience with us, we've reach out to you in your inbox, please allow our team to rectify any issues you face 🙏 We would like to also take this chance to clarify that; For Smell/Odour, Package 1 -Carspa & Interior Grooming would not usually suffice, in most cases, Steam Cleaning or Extraction Services are required, which is not included in the Package. Package 1 also does not come with Wax as stated in the Package Description. 🙏
