explicitly asked if pc has any defects, buyer replied no defects. but it came with alot of defects. the pc had scratches, dents, stains and was bent. the pc was packaged very well so definitely not a problem with mailing. buyer cldnt provide a refund due to personal circumstances but was very understanding and apologetic. hope you will be more careful in the future!
