item is not brand new & sealed as claimed. seller noted i was getting it as a gift thats y i emphasized asking if its brand new & sealed. seal has bn tempered or tried to glued it back. There's no way i can give it as a gift. gd price bt feel cheated. seller is nice, responsive & all bt ultimately e item arrives dat matters. cld hav bn honest.

I stated conditions as clearly as possible and even snapped a photo of item before packing for mail. Even bubble wrapped it to prevent any possible damage by postman. Yet I’m accused of something that I didn’t do and she didn’t have photo proof to show while I even took a photo before I pack in the item. As it was a hygiene item, kiddy palace didn’t allow exchange, so I sold the BNIP item to clear space and prevent wastage. Just my luck to have met this person. My conscience is clear.
