Thanks for the comment! As mentioned, condo doesn’t allow Saturday pick up, hence why it was moved to Monday. This is an expensive purchase, I have requested for you to place some deposit. with no deposit, buyer can sell to anyone who offers to pay first to avoid the risk for back out buyers. My other buyers have no issues paying for deposit once they’ve put up an offer.
