Got tear on both ankle band area, the whole circumference , never check before posting on carousell ? changed the black boots to white shoes last minute and did not bother to update even during the collection. Next time must open up the entire suit to check on the spot? Very disappointing.

Buyer raised this issue following their collection and usage of this item - so it could have been a result of their usage. As mentioned, they did not check the item upon purchase either and did not raise the issue earlier. Shoes were replaced to be in BETTER condition, as the white shoes are the original pair provided from online seller.
