Seller is very responsive and decisive. As the treadmill is 35kg, she brought it down and loaded into my boot. I didn't know that it's so bulky so I borrowed her trolley and she readily loaned it. When I returned the trolley, she offered to come down to collect, saving me a trip up to her unit. Very pleasant and seamless trade.
