Made some enquiries on Carousel and was convinced enough to visit their BTO showroom at Tan Boon Liat Building. I was greeted with smiles and very courteous Sale Staffs whom were not pushy trying to force sell furniture to us. Tested the sofa and am very happy with the quality. Other than the sofa, ended up buying additional table for out place. Truly 5 Stars service and excellent quality.

I have offered. Seller accepted. When I want to collect the item 2 days later. Seller says the item is sold. I ask why don’t he follow carosell process when the item is reserved for me. He says that I need to make payment first to reserve item. But seller has never told me about the payment details earlier when he accepted my offer. The seller then say he has other items for m but more expensive?!

Was greeted by a nice and friendly lady when I arrived at the shop to view and make payment..Item delivered on 17.06 as requested. The guys came and quickly fixed the bed. I am impressed with their excellent service. Truly worth the buy. My kids are already enjoying their own beds. Very happy with my purchase. Thumbs up 👍🏻
