mentioned going to come at 9 to 930am sun. i initially checked schedule and realised can't, then manage to arrange time to accommodate this buyer, only for then to have this buyer MIA,msging several times the night before to alert him he can still proceed almost wanted to meet him at Jurong East instead but he also never reply. Lucky never waste time. completely ghosted for days already. beware
