Seller listed wrong size. She initially refused a refund and insisted the brand “runs small,” then shifted blame over the price despite accepting my offer twice. After finally admitting her mistake, she dismissed it as an “honest mistake & no human is perfect.” I still had to push hard for refund despite absorbing courier fee. She left a one star review calling me mean and aggressive. Girl, a narcissist who does not know how to apologise or take accountability for their own mistakes do not deserve kind words. The least one could do after being informed of an error is to apologise. But no, she refused to admit & even claimed she is not wrong cos of reasons which dont make any sense e.g. (claimed UK10/US6 = S, not M)
