Item was accurately described as used with light stains disclosed in chat, agreed upon before purchase. Buyer received item, then disputed condition and placed the transaction on hold. We issued a goodwill partial refund directly to her, but she still withheld release of the Carousell transaction. Resolved only after platform escalation. Recommend clear upfront agreements with this buyer!

Not a good experience with this seller my sister waited for her but she was not there. This is not the right way to treat your buyer. If the seller cant make it on the day itself just inform rather then kept the buyer waiting. My sister waste her trip there and time too as she got work to do. For the first time i give someone a negative feedback.
