Fake buyer

My dear this is how it works in carousell. When u offer, I can accept but along the way if someone else pays first, it is theirs. I also stated in my profile first payer gets the item. Anyway, you are a low baller. Picture frame at $10 u offer $5. No one likes to deal with low baller buyers like u:) how about the pet cage u offered for? That is still avail. So I assume u offer with no intent to pick that up now? Are u leaving a negative feedback to get out of the deal?:)
