Don’t sell if you can’t put up a happy face. So rude to deal with. Do not act as if your time is more precious than your buyer. (She can’t be bothered by your questions because to her, it’s all a waste of time. Yet, has all the time to put words in your mouth) Do not assume as if your buyers are all bogus especially when she asks for ways that she can pay you as it is the weekend and she is leaving the country that week. A decent person knows how to handle business deals. Obviously, you don’t.
