hi it's almost 2 months and I haven't received my item, I've even made prompt payment and you said you'd mail it out. I've haven't heard from you for about a month already. Claimed you've mailed out on 20 sept and I even asked you for a pic of the parcel beforehand. You said you had it in your camera phone but you're in camp. Gave you the benefit of doubt that you are in camp and have not book out(???) last since a few weeks back. pls refund me or mail out my item thank you.
