The skirt I received was very loose despite being labelled size XS 😅 I’ll probably need to have it stitched or resell it. Wish the seller had informed me about this earlier because I think it’s suitable for size M instead P.S. I communicated this to the seller after receiving the item but didn’t receive any reply, hence this review

Thank you for sharing your feedback and bringing this to our attention. We’re sorry for your experience which didn’t match your expectation. We’ll do better in the future. We’re looking into this issue and hope to resolve it promptly. This was an uncommon instance due to several reasons. It is totally brand new. I just cut off the tag, still have it with me thus I never try on. I wasn’t noticed much of the cutting as it’s authentic Zara, XS size. Apologise on behalf of the team, Hersforpreloved
