Buyer was quick to transfer money, efficient at responding. Unfortunately the item arrived to her in a very bad shape and she wanted a refund which I was happy to give but she was quite rude in the way she asked for the refund. Some courtesy would have been nice.

Buyer contacted me on 27 October and asked if I could meet her on the morning of 28 October. We agreed to meet at 7.50AM at City Hall. She overslept, so we postponed the meeting to before 3PM the same day. She stopped replying at around 1PM and I never heard from her again. A complete waste of my time and effort, waking up early for her and lugging the item around together with a bunch of other things I was carrying for school. Basic courtesy = just tell me you don't want the item anymore.

Went MIA after agreeing time and place to meet. It is basic courtesy to respond to messages even if you have changed your mind. I hope you are young enough cos that is the only understandable excuse for poor manners.
