discovered muscles i didn't know i had!! instructor is super clear and professional with her cues, and she is a physio so everything was very legit and helpful to know. it was my first class so started with a general assessment, then went into a session with a personalised routine and exercises based on my current fitness level and goals. space and equipment is very clean too!

Had a fun & informative session. Home studio is modern and clean. She took time to understand my needs, gave clear cues and explanations. Also helped me with various home exercises I can incorporate into my routine easily. With her physiotherapy background, she could relate to the issues I described. A knowledgeable, friendly, passionate pilates teacher!
