The transaction was completed swiftly, and I was pleased to negotiate for the inclusion of an SD card without any additional charge. However, I have awarded four stars because, despite the description stating the item was unused, its condition suggested otherwise. It once got stuck on its logo when I turned it off, but luckily it hasn't happened again (hopefully not anymore)

She initially left a 5-star rating but later changed it to 2 stars, questioning why I didn’t message her before posting my review. Reviews reflect personal experiences and shouldn’t require prior approval. I had already paid and moved on even though the condition of the item I got does not match the description of it being unused. The seller’s reaction on my rating affected the overall experience.

Such as accommodating seller! She helped me with all my requests and even allowed me to try on the item before officially purchasing it. Seller was also super patient when a problem arose with the courier which I appreciated so so much! Thank you!! 🤍🤍
