The transaction was completed swiftly, and I was pleased to negotiate for the inclusion of an SD card without any additional charge. However, I have awarded four stars because, despite the description stating the item was unused, its condition suggested otherwise. It once got stuck on its logo when I turned it off, but luckily it hasn't happened again (hopefully not anymore)

Reviews reflect personal experiences and shouldn’t require prior approval. I had already paid and moved on even though the condition of the item I got does not match the description of it being unused. The seller’s reaction on my rating affected the overall experience.
