phone was worth it! Thanks! Update: although when I received it, I updated it to iOS 11.2 (bc I need to... otherwise, I can’t back up my iCloud) then it started glitching from time to time especially when typing :( and I researched but there’s no problem with iOS 11.2 as my mom is using it on her phone too :/

not too sure why it happened. but certainly phone was fine previously when it was iOS 10. had loads of offers, but rejected all to sell it to you as promised. if the phone was glitching I would definitely not wait for you and sold it earlier instead. sorry for your experience, you might reupdate to iOS 10 first for the time being or seek professional help from Apple.
