Buyer left me negative feedback as item was not the right size for her. However, she admits that it was her fault for not asking enough questions. I replied and answered all questions promptly and honestly before closing the sale. Buyer is unhappy that the dress color is not white as she expected. Photos I posted of the dress was clearly not white. Nor did I indicate in the description that the dress was white.

Late reply but just to put things in perspective. I left a negative feedback because i told you already that I am a US size 2 or 3 at most. The item was described as small but it would best fit medium to large. I look again at the pics, yes it is not white but a bit more off-white. The dress is more of orangey and less of a beige in color in actual. If the pics posted is not the true color, there should be at least a disclaimer. Yes, I forgot to ask abt the color bec I just went w/ the pics.
