Buyer negotiated for a dirt cheap price for a 2nd hand sofa which was fully usable. unedited photos and video were shared, and had confirm if the buyer wants the product as it is. Buyer changed a few collection dates, and took long to collect it. Upon receiving it, thinks it is not what he wanted. We offered to take back the sofa, absorb transportation fee. Buyer rejected. Unpleasant deal.
I didn’t take long to collect madam. You only gave me those dates. And I honoured those even though I wasn’t in town
