A seller that gave me a neutral feedback and was not happy that i gave her a neutral feedback too.. Seller was nice to refund and gave me the item for free but as a seller, it's really weird that u are unaware of the features of the item ure selling.. She even took a photo of the feature, well she was a nice seller, i would recommend her 👍🏼 she even accomodate her time for me to come n collect it from her..

Buyer brought up issues with the toy that I had sold to her which I was unaware of.As a seller,I felt really apologetic.If I had known of the issue,I would have told her.Hence,I refunded her the full amount and even let her keep the item which means free.However,buyer did not seem to take the whole issue well and gave a "Neutral" feedback for me. Please be rest assured that items sold are as described & if I think it is going to be of any concern to you,i will raise it up in our conversation.
