Irresponsible buyer made an offer and i accepted it but he’s not committed to deal as no response from him to arrange for meetup. when he replied, he stated he’s looking at other options and asked me to wait till next day if he’s keen to buy. Asked him why he offered if not willing to commit and he responded if i got a problem, i can declined it! Beware of such irresponsible buyer!
