Buyer was very impatient and insisted on a discount as delivery was 1 day late. I believe that we ought to have some flexibility in our lives and this buyer clearly doesnt have any. I hope to never experience this kind of buyer ever again.

The buyer continues to argue for the 1 working day delay despite receiving the item in good condition and no problems with the item. Even well recognised sellers may face difficulty with delivery dates. Despite multiple apologies, the buyer continues to insist on a price discount. It is not a cheating tactic to unforesee the true delivery date, to say it is, is unreasonable and disgusting action.

Very wrong of seller to pin fault back on me. Seller promised a certain delivery date and was the reason why I bought from him. After delay of delivery and it was not one day late, it was promised for Monday, but delivered Few days after. The feedback and insistence on either full refund or discount was to penalise the seller as he had obviously used a cheating tactic to secure a deal. I will never have asked for discount otherwise. Seller knows full well fault is his/hers.
