Had a good chat with the seller and though she’s been trying to be accommodating, there were certain miscomm in the transaction (technical specs, condition) which could have been shared, especially for buyer with less information about product. It could have been a 5-star but leave a 4-star cuz I couldn’t use the product I bought. But would definitely recommend to deal with this buyer.

Left you a 4-star rating despite some miscomm and not-true-to-description of product condition but since you’ve decided to leave me a 1-star just because I asked to return the product and bear all shipping cost (which you didn’t want to) - Will leave you a 2-star for this :)

I’ve met the most difficult person, nick-picking after all that haggling. Slight scratches are expected of leg rest and I needed time to polish (which was not given, he wanted to deal at his convenience). It’s a simple polish but he chose to add that to his complaint just so to return the chair. He even tried to say the specs were wrong when I gave the measurements. He did not know what he was buying and that turns to be my fault.
