The TV had burn marks and screws were missing, but I was not informed of it. I understand that the seller was very nice to take $50 off the asking price, but that was on the basis that it would be a fast deal, and that I would handle the delivery fees. Seller ignored my messages after I asked if he was open to a partial refund. FYI, the TV goes for $375+ brand new with free delivery.

Sincere apologies for the delayed response.. As stated above, there isn't any intention to cheat you or miss represent details. The TV doesn't have dead pixels or burn marks. It was just some paint/polish mark which I thought can be easily removed by you if needed. We have been using it sparingly just like that.. the spare remote and stand etc we had never used and gave it as is. In fact we were okay with give the wall mount FOc as well.. sorry if the deal didn't go as per expectations..
