Follow up review: Good day. Please manage your expectations as the item is 2nd hand. Also note the sling bag brand - Charles&Keith, you can check the original price to see how much it is. I sold it to you for a cheap price, only 370 pesos.Please consider the value of the item.I also offered a refund but you refused.As a seller,I am also disappointed in your ways of handling and solving a problem.

You asked me for a review and I gave honest feedback. Then you offered me a half refund to edit my review (which I appreciate) but I refused coz I didn't know it was possible to change the rating. You explained to me that we can dispute, but you didn't wait for my response and then edited your rating to me from 5 to 1 star on the same day. If u are the buyer, r u gonna buy a bag na nagbabakbak na at halos dna maopen ang zipper kasi nangangalawang na? Kindly state the flaws of your item nxt time.

Uncontrolled situation: Encountered problems with third party parcel delivery.

Buyer pins down on seller for lost package 5 days after item was delivered by the rider. Angkas rider confirmed dropping off the item and securing with the guard on duty. Sent screenshots of conversation with angkas to the buyer. Seller no longer has control of third party courier but buyer gave a bad review to the seller.

Did the driver provided a proof, like a photo that the item was delived to the guard? U didn't even tell me that you booked angkas that day instead ggx as per our convo, that's why I'm not aware that I should wait for it that night. U can also track the status of the driver that night and notify me atleast if the driver dropped off the item. Just found out that u booked angkas aftr few days when I asked u about the status as I thought that courier is ggx. I don't recommend you to other buyers👎
