Throughout the process, he was very communicative, explaining each defect in detail and providing practical advice on how to address them. His expertise was evident, and were patient in answering all my questions, After the inspection, I received a detailed report with photographs and descriptions of each defect. Asking the seller to help with my inspection was something I did not regret at all! Defect inspection can only get better if more eyes are around to spot for issues that may affect one of the most important things you’ll own in your life - the house! Having the seller’s seasoned eyes really helped me in catching defects that I wouldn’t have noticed, and I certainly highly recommend this service!
