Seller posted item as “lightly used” but it had been used for more than 1200+hrs. Item was faulty on the 2nd day upon collection and i asked for partial refund and wanted to return the item but seller said it is considered sold. Seller said he threw in “new accessories” but it is obvious that it was opened from packaging and not considered new. So considered my luck for buying a spoilt item.

I’m glad we managed to come to an agreement on the earlier confusion and had the item returned for a partial refund. The process was smooth and seamless. An unexpected twist with a happier ending.
