What happen to u bai..desperate to do a sale?? Its not a wrong practice in contract law rule regarding doing an offer and negotiation before buying..and its not neccessary have to buy once making offer..make it clear bayya...

Buyer waited till the last minute and when i reached the place he said he had to take his child to the clinic...and then he offered to let me pos the item but doesnt want to pay cause i told him must pay for delivery charges. As i do not own pos laju or dont have an shares in post laju i am sorry delivery charges must be paid... such a waste of my time. He even reseved the iten.
