Shipment for the item delayed and stuck in HK, so seller offered to refund the $28 but the transaction have yet to happen even after a week. Maybe she's not in Singapore for now or have yet to see it.

I ordered 18 lipsticks from the seller. Ordered on 22nd Feb. Been over a month but no delivery, seller's relative claims she is in hospital and he/she will do the refund on behalf of seller within the week. Fine. I waited and waited still no refund. Until now I asked about my refund, no replies. I want to know which hospital the seller is in, then I can go and send my regards and maybe hopefully finally get my refund. I am not a ridiculous customer, I just want my money back.

Seller don't even bother to update that item not arriving on time. I have to keep asking as i need to use it. Had asked her before i purchased whether i can received before 14th March. Confidently she said yes can! But all bullshit! Keep giving me excuses this n that!! Hello Seller, u want to do DIRTY business with just $28 thingy, not worth ok!Shame on u!!
