There was some sort of confusion but still a friendly seller and decent transaction. Edit: Just to clarify. Seller first told me her account was a posb savings account, but I couldn't transfer over using an atm because there was an extra digit. So I messaged her again to ask if the account no. was correct or if it was really a posb savings account. Turns out it was a dbs savings account. Would have appreciated if seller was clear from the start. This was really a case of miscommunication.

Many thanks for the feedback. I accept that there was confusion but would like to clarify the situation. While I fully emphatize that you were waiting for your ibank device to be sent to you, this was quite frankly my first encounter on Carousell with a buyer who did not know how to transfer money to a basic DBS/POSB acc using an ATM. In the circumstances, I offered a non DBS/POSB acc to facilitate the transfer but it seemed to have confused you further. Sorry, I simply could not have done more.
