Never encountered such buyer who is so demanding. Expect me to accept his deposit of $10 over an item of $250 which he offered $180 plus a free delivery by lalamove of $35? All I asked for is a $20 deposit which he can't even deliver. And say this repeatedly, "if item crack, he doesn't wanna buy" despite showing him proofs of it with good condition. Who is the seller now? Beware of this person. Read his past review first ya. Liar liar pants on fire. Hahaha...

Brought the bulky table downstairs to wait for her, and she did not communicate her intentions to cancel to all parties involved. Jeopardized opportunities for other potential buyers to reserve for her. Would not recommend. Deal at your own risk.
