It was regretful that we could not reach consensus in dealing the time due to unavoidable situation which was actually occurred. The only way we contact was via chat rm (carosell app) which was very slow response and high demanding on data usage so the phone run out of battery for keeping contact with you. It could be exasperated when dealing with a seller who did not listen to the explanation or not show understanding. Hopefully we did not lose money in this trade. Anyway thanks for yr review.
