Hi this is your last chance. If not i will be going to the police. It is against the law to sell counterfeit item and according to the law a refund must be given in 7 days. I am already lenient in waiting this long. Don't test my patience

Thank u for ur feedback. Its my first time experiencing this. But i wish to apologise if i didnt ensure the bag authenticity. Buyer expect me to know the real bag material which i donno how the real bag material is.. I thought the bag was authentic as i bought from another carousell user here. She mentioned bag was a gift and it is authentic. So i buy it frm her since im looking for flowery bag. I didnt expect and want this to happened Better luck for u and me next time. Thks
