Gray quoted a very reasonable price for my 3-room BTO. As the kitchen is tiny, Gray designed the layout to maximise the space. When completed, the kitchen looks bigger. For the wardrobe, he created a niche by the bed so I don't need a bedside table. His electrician Kenny installed a switch here. Kenny has good ideas about relocating the pre-installed power points. The project ended in abt 3 weeks
