Seller sold the piece that I reserved with a deposit. Though she apologised, offered a refund and an alternative with a discounted price. The alternative product of the same brand is not authentic and brand new as promised as I have the authentic product (which is far from the original polene from the material, logo and the inner lining) and the insides show signs that its been used.

1. You never replied my msg on when can i deliver - chased u for the whole week 2. Out of no where suddenly say filed a police report, without even sorting ur own mistake with me 3. You want to buy a 6 dollar item and i said i can mail it to u for free. U insisted grab delivery so i ordered for u. And u said i should be the one paying for the 20 dollar delivery fee. Well.... By the way just realized the name is girani, i think the name tells everything. Didn't realize this person is from certain regions lol...
