• Item was $65 but buyer nego to $60 and I mentioned $62 for mailing (she wanted registered but I assumed as tracking postage) • Used singpost prepaid postage label which had a promo for tracking until 2023 EOY • Mailed item on 30 Dec but only sent the details in Jan (my bad for sending late) • Buyer wanted $2 refund for postage • Then proceeded to wanting a refund I’m not ASOS or SHEIN fyi
In my message, I clearly asked if it was registered mail and in seller’s own words, she replied “Yes! Its tracked mail” , then turned her back and said she didnt promise anything. Who would have thought that it could be anything else but registered mail?Wanted a return of $2 postage from her to which it was unsuccessful. Hence the request for full refund instead. All communication with her failed as she didnt want to reply to my messages but could leave a review instead. 🤷🏼♀️
