Item is authentic. But there were some issues w/ delivery. The seller forgot to include my unit no. even though it was in the mailing details provided. The QS mailing slip was printed badly and my mailing details were obscured by excessive printer ink. Considering the high cost of delivery, this is strange. Feedback was provided privately but ignored. Hope you can improve for future customers!
