Bad experience. Waited more than 3 weeks for the item to arrive. Didn't even have the courtesy to update etc. Asked for refund finally and close case.

Had a few hiccups with the seller. The parcel was delayed by two weeks, despite being told it would be posted the next day. It was eventually sent via Grab, which I appreciate, but the lack of clear communication made the experience frustrating. It would help if the seller clearly stated upfront that parcels may only be posted after a few weeks.

Suspected to be a scammer, the seller's last transaction was a year ago. I made the payment on February 12, 2025, but when I asked about the parcel's shipping date, she refused to respond until I requested a refund. Only then did she agree to send it out on March 3, but I have yet to receive any updates. She claimed she was too busy to ship the parcel, yet she remains active on this app frequently

Finally, I received the hairdryer, and it works well. A small suggestion for the seller: clearly state if you can only ship once a month or provide updates for non urgent buyers.

Received item, yet mentions suspected scammer 🥹 ps she mentioned she needed videos etc before and to not ship yet, please understand carousell is not a full time job so yes there was a delay in shipping!
