I never encountered a rude seller like him. I am sorry for the word he is ill mannered. So he set the time and location at Kowloon Tong 6:30pm. Prior coming I asked him if he have a change for 500 he said none i stepped out of the train 6:26pm.. to long to elaborated. Fast forward meeting he came forward with a loud angry voice which is so humiliating because there are lots of people passing by.

Please be fairer. First, the time we initially set was changed before we met, and you agreed! Second, even at the original time, you were still late. Third, it is the buyer's responsibility to have the money ready for the transaction; you cannot shift the blame to the seller's lack of change to justify your lateness. You are the worst buyer I have ever encountered. You were late for 30 minutes without saying a “sorry” and you gave me 1 star? It is hilarious.
