item was represented as US12; however upon receipt, size was closer to US15. seller told me to tie the shoelaces to rectify the issue and was adamant he made no mistake.

Unnecessary regrettable deal with this buyer. Presented my US12 sized shoes as it is on Carousell. Provided polite and prompt answers to this buyer's queries. But get a 1.0 star for his negligence to check own shoes size. Shoe size is internationally consistent and don't expand. Unfortunate experience.
