Hi apologies for this. My phone signal (and data)went poor while booking so I closed the application. It didn’t really notify me that someone took the booking until his phone call went through. I understand this was a hassle and I apologized profusely to the driver and even added a bit more payment bc I can see how it may have caused him anxiety. It was a situation I had no control over and I apologized. I always ask sellers if i can pay half first as I have been scammed before. Thank u
