Refund was processed & parties agreed to move on from here. At onset of dealing, seller was prompt in responses, polite & helpful with advice. Pity there wasn't the stock at supplier's end & that is often unforeseeable at buyer's end. Small hiccup. Hope to deal again. Recommend.
