Seller sold a product that is faulty. She encountered the same defect previously but never inform us. We didn't get to test on the spot as it was her mum who passed it. Now she don't allow us to refund 😔 Lesson learnt - Don't trust fully. Always test first before buying.

I’ve never had a worse/scary experience than with this buyer. Her husband came to collect, my mother asked if he wanted to test it, he declined and proceeded to disassemble the item at my house and bring it home. A few days later, this buyer writes to me to demand refund back and also send a screenshot of my Facebook profile as a threat to indicate she is stalking me on social media. The product I sold was NOT faulty at collection and should not have been disassembled but they chose to do that.

Family was so so helpful and patient to deal with! Pleasant transaction! Speedy replies Got all the furniture ready and helped me load up my truck too. Thank you so much for very usefully furniture. Have a great trip back to the states.
